
Head of School
Dr. Isabel "Isa" Eliaschev brings more than 15 years of experience in educational leadership in independent schools, along with extensive experience in Montessori education. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus on social justice in education and was a David and Lucile Packard Foundation Fellow at San Francisco State University. She also holds an AMI Montessori 12-18 Orientation Certificate from Association Montessori Internationale (2024), is completing an IB Certificate in Leadership Practice, and holds a Georgia Leadership and Teaching license.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Isa is committed to community service and has participated in panels, conferences, and podcasts on topics including curriculum, early childhood education, inclusion, neurodiversity, Montessori education, wellness, and longevity.
Outside of school, Isa enjoys spending time with her three children, Nikki, Mila, and Alex, and staying active. A former NCAA track athlete, running continues to be an important part of her life. She enjoys training and competing as a masters runner and especially loves sharing her passion for the sport by coaching and encouraging young runners.
