Carol Galde
Toddler Guide
Carol Galde is the Lead Teacher in the Acorns Toddler Classroom and is beginning her fourth year at RMS. She holds an A.A. in Secretarial Administration from the University of North Dakota. She previously spent two years as an assistant in Acorns. Before joining RMS, Carol ran a licensed family child care program in Rochester for 16 years, caring for children from infancy through kindergarten, and also worked in other early childhood settings.
Carol has completed the Montessori Assistant Toolkit: Early Childhood Certification. She values the way Montessori helps young children build confidence, independence, and a growing sense of their own capabilities.
